Living with a rare autoimmune condition herself, she brings a unique blend of professional expertise and personal experience to everything she does. As a volunteer with national nursing and rare disease organizations, Alicia works to amplify patient voices, drive nurse-led advocacy, and promote equitable, compassionate care. She's also a proud mom of two, committed to creating a healthcare system where every patient is seen, heard, and supported.
